Huxton William was born on Oct. 4, 2021, at 7:29 a.m. CT at Great Plains Health in North Platte, Nebraska, to JW and Clara Schmid of Mullen, Nebraska. He weighed 9 pounds 11 ounces and was 20.75 inches long. He was welcomed home by his 20 month old big sister, Quinley.

Beckett Ann was born to Bradley and Cortney Wright of Mullen on July 22, 2021, at 3:06 a.m. at Great Plains Health in North Platte. She was 5 pounds 4 ounces and 18.5 inches long. Grandparents are Garth and the late Jodi Bullington and John G. and Carol Wright all of Mullen.

We are happy to announce the arrival of Zoey Harper Holsan! She was born Aug. 10, 2021, at Beatrice General Hospital weighing 7 pounds 7.3 ounces and was 18 inches long. Parents are Pete Holsan and Cassie Rhoden of Beatrice, Nebraska.

Katherine Donohoe and Clint Shoemaker announce their engagement and upcoming wedding. Kate graduated from Mullen High School in 2008 and then became a Registered Nurse through Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte in May 2021. She is now a RN at Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth.

Clayton and Ariel Osborn of Lincoln, Nebraska, welcomed their third son, Sage Daniel, on June 30, 2021, at CHI St. Elizabeth in Lincoln at 1:28 a.m. He was 7 pounds 2 ounces and 19 inches long. Sage was welcomed home by Orion, 5, and Leo, 3.
