The Hooker County Fair will be held Saturday, July 26 - Sunday, August 3. A full schedule will be published in the Tribune next month.
The Hooker County Fair theme contest winner was fifth grader Kendall Phipps with “Hooker County Fair is Where the Wild Things Are.”
She will receive $50 from the Hooker County Ag Society.
The other entries were broken down into three groups, where money will be given to 1st place - $15, 2nd place $10 and 3rd place - $5 at fair time.
