When the Mullen Swimming Pool opens next season, it will have several improvements.
Industrial Process Technology, Inc., out of Mitchell, S.D., has been hired to do the work, which will include all new plumbing, new waterlines going over to the lifeguard stand so the lifeguards can wash off the pool deck, new skimmer baskets all around the pool, new drains, new cement and new fence.
Work has begun on the project and will be completed by May.
