Donate blood in Mullen on Monday

With summer just around the corner, blood donations are critically important to maintain a stable blood supply. When schools let out and families set off on vacation, the American Red Cross typically sees a decline in donors, often leading to a seasonal blood shortage.

United Methodist Women meet

The General Unit of the United Methodist Women met in the senior high room of the church on Wednesday afternoon, April 22 with six members present. President Sue Bonesteel opened the meeting asking for joys and concerns and gave prayer to have a trust in living.

Tractor safety course for teens in North Platte May 24-25

Nebraska Extension and Central States Center for Agricultural Safety and Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Public Health, have announced plans for the annual “tractor safety” training course scheduled for North Platte May 24th and 25th.
