Kelle McIntosh brought a pizza out to the Bob Marsh’s for supper last Monday. Peggy Marsh visited Dorothy James Tuesday afternoon and also stopped by the Bob Edis’ to see how Pat was doing from her shoulder surgery and wished her a belated happy 50th anniversary.

Meals on Wheels still available

Senior citizens can still get Meals on Wheels by calling Pioneer Memorial Rest Home at 308-546-2217.
Together in Faith is working on a similar program through Agency on Aging that will be available after the rest home closes. Stay tuned for more information!

Some 40 years ago and over 68,000 miles ago I began making a monthly roundtrip from North Platte to Mullen serving as the Pharmacist Consultant for Pioneer Hospital and Nursing Home.
Mike Sylvan had closed his Pharmacy and they were in temporary need of a consulting Pharmacist.
