26 participate in Bicycle Rodeo

After a taco supper, the Lions Club called games of Bingo Thursday evening, Aug. 5 at the Lariat. Various games of Bingo were played - from traditional, to forming letters on the playing cards, to blackout.

45 kids compete on Mid-Nebraska Pedal Pullers

The Mid-Nebraska Pedal Pullers were in Mullen for ages 4-13 to compete against each other. The top three of each division can go on to compete at the Nebraska State Fair. The competition saw 45 participants.

The Country Clovers’ Kvanvig golf cart also placed 3rd in Best Decorated Small Vehicle.
The Country Clovers 4-H Club won the Youth Organization category of the Hooker County Fair Parade, along with also placing 1st Overall.
