Lincoln – Last Friday, Governor Pete Ricketts announced that the State is moving from the “blue” to “green” phase of its coronavirus pandemic response plan. As a result, the State of Nebraska issued new Directed Health Measures (DHMs) effective 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021.
