Thomas County Historical Society to meet

The Thomas County Historical Society will meet at the Seneca UCC church for their September meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 25. A potluck meal will begin at 6:00 p.m. CT at the church. A meat dish and drinks will be provided. Please bring a side dish and join us at our meeting.

Huddles have family visitors from Iowa

Chuck and Brandi Gubbels of Panama, Iowa, love to visit Mullen when they can with their boys, Charles (6) and Chase (3). Brandi is the granddaughter of Terry and Mardell Huddle of Mullen. They were recently in Mullen August 23-25.

New income guidelines for WIC increases eligibility

Lincoln - New income guidelines increased the number of families who could qualify for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) supplemental nutrition assistance program. The WIC program is a federally funded program and is an equal opportunity provider.
