This year is an election year, with the Primary Election to be May 10, 2022, and the General Election Nov. 8, 2022.
Many public offices are up for election this year, including several local positions.
The filing deadline for incumbents (any current office holder - even if filing for an office different than the one they are currently holding) was Feb. 15 by 4:30 p.m. and the deadline for non-incumbents (new filer) is March 1.
When filing for an office with a paid salary, a filing fee is due, which is 1% of the salary.=

Hospital District Board (vote for 2): Carol Wright, Dr. Steve Boyer
