A charitable fund has been anonymously established within our area with the goal of assisting people in our community with home improvements. The donor’s sole purpose of this fund is to help people during financial or personal hardship who may need a little help completing home improvement projects with the focus being on interior living conditions, exterior projects if a major issue and appliances.
As you know, we live in a community full of pride and sometimes it’s just too hard to ask for help. While that is understood, there should never be a question about asking for help when you need it so please take advantage of this opportunity. This fund’s purpose is to extend each other that grace and assistance that we sometimes need.
While the fund cannot provide direct monetary help, it can provide a skilled volunteer to complete the work and receive money from the fund for the materials for the project to be completed. The volunteer is willing to perform charitable work to improve home health for these types of projects for people in the Hooker County Community Foundation’s service area.

All requests will be considered and communication will be discreet and confidential.
