Thanks to the Mullen Commercial Club spearheading the project, the Hooker County Fairgrounds now has six camper hookups.
Located along the fence line on the east edge of the fairgrounds, the hookups will be useful for all kinds of events held at the fairgrounds.
This project was funded by a Bob and Susan Childers Fund Betterment Grant from the Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, the Hooker County Community Foundation, Mullen Commercial Club and Sandhills Sharptail Shootout.
A sign is posted at the hookups with the following information:
First come first serve. Payment is based on the honor system.
$30 per night
Make checks out to: Hooker County Ag. Society
If you’d like a site with full service (electricity, water, dump station) in Mullen, please contact Glidden Canoe Rental, Wright Trailer Park or Sandhills Motel.
Water is available for use at any of the hydrants located on the fairgrounds.
No trash service available. Please take your trash with you.
Stay limited to seven (7) consecutive nights.
