Kindergarten and 1st graders went to the Golden Spike Tower and Cody Park in North Platte. The 3rd and 4th graders visited the Nebraska National Forest at Halsey. The 5th graders went on an overnight trip to Lincoln where they toured the State Capitol and visited the Nebraska History Museum. The 2nd graders toured the North Platte Community Playhouse and the Garden Glove Greenhouse. The Mullen Elementary students had the opportunity to learn outside the classroom in the last couple weeks of school with all kinds of field trips.
