Mullen 2nd grade students have worked hard the last few weeks to earn a "Fort Day." They had a blast completing independent work, reading and using their computers in their forts last Wednesday, Nov. 13.

Los estudiantes de Español have been busy! The sophomores readtheir interesting Español books to grades 1-3. Español III Honor Society members hosted a Dia de Los Muertos workshop and showed the 6th grade how to make Papel Picado.

October Pizza with the Principal at the elementary

Pizza with the Principal is a reward for six Mullen Elementary School students, featuring one student from each grade level. This is the Mullen Elementary School’s version of “student of the month.”Each grade level will have one award winner each month.
Mullen FCCLA members are excited to recognize Ashley Hegland as the Community Supporter of the Quarter. Ashley has provided help to the organization by serving as a STAR evaluator at the District and State level for multiple years. Not only has she evaluated competitive events, she also helps chaperone other activities that take place during the State Leadership Conference.
