Dear Dave, Do you have any advice for sticking with your goals and New Year’s resolutions? I always have great things in mind to shoot for in December, but then they always seem to fall by the wayside before spring.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and was able to enjoy it with family and friends. Christmas Eve church services are hard to beat. This year was no exception. I look forward to the new year and hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable New Year’s celebration.

This past weekend, Julie and I celebrated her mother’s 95th birthday with approximately 40 family members. I must say that my mother-inlaw is an amazing woman. She lost her husband, Maurice, 33 years ago from a massive heart attack.
