All day while I’ve been laying out these pages, I’ve been thinking about one time many years ago when someone told me, “You have too much school news in the paper.”That person wouldn’t be impressed with this week’s issue!

Last Friday marked the end of Day 12. This past week focused on debating rules changes forwarded by the Rules Committee. At the beginning of each biennium, the Legislature operates under “Temporary Rules” that mirror the permanent rules established at the beginning of the prior biennium.
