Testing of tornado siren

Nebraska’s Severe Weather Awareness Week is March 25-29. The statewide tornado drill will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 9:00 a.m. MT. There will be a test of the tornado siren in Mullen at that time.

Midwest Walleye Challenge, March 30 - June 30

Anglers and biologists are joining forces to bring a new kind of fishing tournament to Nebraska. The Midwest Walleye Challenge will give anglers in states across the Midwest a chance to compete for prizes while collecting important data for biologists.

Child Find Screenings available

Local school districts in cooperation with ESU 16 are sponsoring an opportunity for parents of preschool children to participate in Child Find Screenings. This spring screening will be made available in each school district at the request of parents.
