National acclaimed artist to host class

by Stephanie Nielsen The Mullen Coop Art Studio is hosting nationally acclaimed landscape artist Eric Jacobsen (Maine) for a three day art class April 2325, 2026.Class will be in studio and taught in both acrylic and oil, with emphasis on skies.Cost of the class will be $350 with lunch provided.

by Gerri Peterson Hooker County Transit received the first checks from Open Plains Transit last Tuesday, Jan. 20.Veterans are now able to get free rides to access healthcare from Hooker County Transit.
