Fall blooming lilacs??

Throughout the state of Nebraska, including right here in Mullen, people have been witnessing fall blooming lilacs - typically spring-blooming plants. According to David Lott, Horticulture Extension Educa- Lincoln in North Platte, fall blooming lilacs are a sign of environmental stress.
