by Gerri Peterson The Mid-Nebraska Pedal Pullers were in Mullen for ages 4-13 to compete against each other on Saturday, Aug.
6. The top three of each division can go on to compete at the Nebraska State Fair. The competition saw 46 participants.

Hooker County 4-H Horse Show held on hottest day of fair

Assistant The Hooker County 4-H horse show took place Aug. 2 in blistering heat. The kids did an excellent job of navigating the elevated temperatures and put on a great show for those that gathered.
