Lois and Drew Folk went to Haxtun, Colorado, Friday, July 30. There was hard rain in the early morning on the 31st. Drew, Stephanie and Lois traveled to Pueblo that day in continued rain and smog. They visited Clayton Gall, who they had not seen since March 6, 2020.

Daryl and Doris Starr went to Maxwell Sunday and attended the Lone Valley Club meeting that met at the home of Phyllis Churchhill. Dean Marsh of rural Kearney came Friday morning and had lunch with the Bob Marshes and Ty Marsh.

Utah artist Kristi Grussendorf will be teaching an art workshop, “Adding People and Animals in Rural Landscapes” in Mullen October 8 and 9. Kristi is a past president of the Utah Watercolor Society and has taught both nationally and internationally.
