Rest home, EMS receives COVID vaccine

The first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine was administrated to 22 residents and 14 staff members at the Pioneer Memorial Rest Home in Mullen and 11 of Mullen’s emergency medical service members last Tuesday, Dec. 22 by the West Central District Health Department.

Donate blood on Monday, testing for COVID-19 antibodies

Mullen - For a limited time, the American Red Cross is testing all blood, platelet and plasma donations for COVID-19 antibodies, providing donors insight into whether they have been exposed to this coronavirus.
