Todd Lewandowski was sworn in as the postmaster at the Mullen Post Office on Monday, Feb. 24, by Michelle Ryan, the Manager of Post Office Operations Area F. He has been the postmaster here for nearly six months now.

LEAD 43 Fellows gain national agricultural, policy insights

Lincoln – Members of Nebraska LEAD Program’s Class 43 recently embarked on a 10-day National Study/Travel Seminar, gaining firsthand exposure to national and regional agricultural systems, policymaking and advocacy.The seminar, held February 5-14, took Fellows to Kansas City, Washington, D.C.

Bronco Bots make their debut with a bang

by Gerri Peterson Mullen’s new robotics team, Bronco Bots, had their first competition in Scottsbluff on Saturday, Feb. 15.The team has been practicing at least once a week since August.

United Women in Faith hold January meeting

by Lois Folk United Women in Faith met Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 15 in the senior high room of the church with four members present.President Sue Bonesteel opened the meeting. A grave concern was given for the violent, raging fires of 100 mph winds in California.
