Pedal tractor pull held in Mullen Saturday

by Gerri PetersonThe Mid-Nebraska Pedal Pullers were in Mullen with the opportunity for ages 4-12 to compete against each other on Saturday, Aug. 3. The top three of each division can go on to compete at the Nebraska State Fair. The competition saw 45 participants in Mullen.

Phipps wins top sewing construction sewing machine

submitted by CSA ExtensionThe Hooker County 4-H style revue and construction judging was done Monday, July 29. The 4-Hers then modeled their outfits for the public on Wednesday, July 31 and found out how they did in both modeling and sewing construction.
