7 new EMTs join Mullen Ambulance

by Sarah Hardin A new group of EMTs will be joining the Mullen Ambulance Service after recently completing a rigorous six month course this spring.The course was the first of its kind in Mullen, as much of the bookwork was done on the participants’ own time.

On Wednesday afternoon, June 26, United Women in Faith met in the senior high room of the church with six members present. Dawn Mallory was a visitor.President Sue Bonesteel opened the meeting asking for joys and concerns.

April 18, 2024 John 11:44 Years ago I heard a sermon by the above title. Though I don’t remember the sermon, the title has always stuck with me. I believe it was based on the story of Lazarus when Jesus called him forth out of the grave, he was alive but was still bound in grave clothes.

Free farmers, ranchers clinic in Valentine July 31

Free clinics for farmers and ranchers and their families are being held on Friday, July 31 in Valentine. They are confidential, one-on-one sessions with an experienced ag law attorney and ag finance counselor. These clinics have been offered in Nebraska since 1989.
