Eunice Yvonne Kramer, 89, of North Platte, died Jan. 4, 2021, at Great Plains Health. She was born on Oct. 15, 1931, to Earl and Pearl (Munson) Miller, in Ringgold, Nebraska.
Eunice graduated from Tryon High School with the class of 1949. She then married Manley Kramer on May 27, 1950, in Ringgold.
Eunice taught school for one year, the couple lived on the Kramer family ranch where they resided until moving to North Platte in 2019.
She was known as a prolific writer, always writing cards and letters. She loved the Christmas season, also enjoyed reading, eating caramels, arrowhead hunting, gardening, canning and traveling with Manley. Family was the center of her life, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband Manley of North Platte; children John (Judy) Kramer of North Platte, Donna Kramer, Wasilla, Ala., Jean Evans, Lincoln, Neb., Bruce (Judie) Kramer, Tryon, Neb., Bill (Deanna) Kramer, North Platte, Kerry (Kirk) Hansel, Callaway, Neb.; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Lois Cotton, Gandy, Neb., Vera Pettit, Lincoln, Neb.; 1 brother Russell (Elaine) Miller, Tryon, Neb.; numerous other family members and friends.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter Susan Lavonne; brother and sister-in-law Alfred (Ruth) Miller; brothers-in-law Robert Cotton and Merlin Pettit.

Gathering of extended family was held on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2020, at Adams and Swanson Funeral Home with Pastor Shanon Williams officiating. Public burial followed the service at Miller Cemetery, Tryon.
The service was livestreamed on the Adams & Swanson Facebook page. Adams & Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Current CDC-COVID guidelines were followed and masks were required.
