Jacqueline “Jackie” Folk Homan, 84, of Salisbury, Missouri, passed away Oct. 22, 2024, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. Jackie was born July 10, 1940, in Alliance, Nebraska, to Lewis and Inez (Carpenter) Folk. Jim Folk was her twin brother.

Joan Bruce Paulson passed away Oct. 27, 2024, at the age of 85. She was born on Feb. 28, 1939, in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, to Wally and Josephine Bruce and was raised in Haxtun, Colorado, along with four siblings.

Sharon E. Hughes, 79, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024, at Tabitha at Prairie Commons in Grand Island, Nebraska, with her son at her side.Funeral service was Dec. 14 at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Pastor Luther Zuberbier officiated. Interment was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
