Broncos medal in 6 State events

Nine Mullen Broncos ended their track seasons at a hot State Track & Field Championship in Omaha last Friday and Saturday, May 17-18.The first event for the Broncos was the girls 4x800 relay Friday afternoon.

Walker places at Mullen Golf Invite

The Mullen boys golf team hosted their own invite on Wednesday, May 8, which was a gorgeous day for golf.Jacob Walker placed 3rd with a 79, combining a 39 and 40.Jarren Forsen had a 44 and 50 for a 94. Corben Kissire shot a 49 and 51 for a 100.Jacob Wingebach had a 92 and a 93 for 185.

Several Mullen kids competed in the Central Nebraska Youth Track & Field Meet held in North Platte on Saturday, May 4.Those placing 1st-4th qualified for the state meet that will be June 8 in North Platte.
