I traveled to Thedford last week to meet with area residents regarding the next steps for the Sand Hills Discovery Center that is being planned to replace the former State 4-H Camp destroyed by fire two years ago near Halsey.

Update from Senator Jacobson

Now that the special session has ended, it is time to reassess the progress made and chart the path forward from here. I’m looking forward to being able to spend more time in the District again. The Lincoln County Farm Bureau is hosting a town hall meeting at the McKinley Education Center at 6:30 p.

Dear Dave, How do you feel about people taking money out of savings to pay off credit cards? I have an emergency fund in place, like yo u recommend, and a savings account. I also have about $5,000 in credit card debt. What’s your take on this?

The legislature adjourned on Saturday around noon after a debate on LR2CA. LR2CA is a constitutional amendment introduced by Sen. Brandt.
