sophomore Pam Coons has lived in Mullen, Nebraska, for 24 years and during her time here Pam has been involved with many community service jobs such as serving on the school board, being a part of the 4-H Council and being a part of the After Prom committee.

Hampton has spent most of her life here

by Cayden Hampton, MHS sophomore Teresa Hampton has lived most of her life in Mullen. She was born in Mullen, but soon after she moved to Ravenna, Nebraska, and not long after that she moved to Grand Island, Nebraska, where she attended school up until the fourth grade.

Oct. 15 through Dec. 7 is the time for all Medicare Part D participants to evaluate their Part D plans for 2024. It is very important every year Part D plans are reviewed and compared. Many plans change their benefits and costs. Also, many times the prescriptions people take change.

Rich & Lucie Boots celebrate 58 years of marriage

Rich and Lucie Boots celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary this week, but Lucie said they haven’t figured out the secrets to marriage yet. “There’s been a lot of disagreements through the years,” Rich said. “You just gotta overlook a lot of things,” Lucie said.
