OverDrive among Hooker County Library improvements

The Hooker County Library received $3,938 through the 2021 American Rescue Plan Formula Grant. The amount received was based on the county’s population and Hooker County Librarian Julie Pfeiffer has until June to spend all the money or the remaining amount will be forfeited.

It’s time for the Tribune’s 6th Annual Elf on the Shelf Contest! Send photos of what your elf does to tribune@nebnet. net by Wednesday, Dec. 22. The photos don’t necessarily have to be from your elf’s antics this year, but cannot have been entered in the Tribune’s contest in the past.

Health Fair to be held Monday, Dec. 13

The public is invited to attend a Health Fair held on Monday, Dec. 13 from 12:30-3:30 p.m. at the Lariat Auditorium. Several professionals will be in attendance providing different aspects of physical and mental health. Speakers include EMTs, nutritionists, therapists, etc.
