MHS senior Ashlyn Simonson competed at NIETOC (National Individual Event Tournament of Champions) hosted in Bellevue, Nebraska, May 10-12. Due to a timing calculation, she did not advance to the next round of finals. However, it was a great learning experience for all and has helped broaden the horizon of MHS speech! Liza Simonson

courtesy photos The MHS seniors were far from late for their last day of high school on Tuesday, April 30. Instead, they arrived early enough to claim parking spots in the staff parking and stood in front of Mr. Kvanvig’s office where they greeted the staff as they arrived.
