Broncos place 4th at South Loup Invite

The Mullen Bronco track teams competed in Arnold at the South Loup Bobcat Invite last Friday, April 10. The girls and boys teams both placed 4th out of 13 teams. For the Lady Broncos, the only gold medal came in the 4x800 relay.

Golf team places 2nd at South Loup

The Mullen boys golf team competed at the South Loup Invite in Arnold last Friday, April 10.Ben Werner shot a 73 to place 1st, while Jacob Walker’s 76 placed him 3rd.Hayden Morrison shot 111, Jackson Vinton 112 and Cooper Walker 116.

Ames, Iowa – The Mid-Plains Community College rodeo teams opened their spring season at the Cyclone Stampede in Ames, Iowa.On the women’s side, Whitney Jennings led the way with a second-place finish in breakaway.

Track teams compete at Buffalo Bill Invitational

by Gerri Peterson The Mullen Bronco track teams competed at the Buffalo Bill Invitational at North Platte High School on Thursday, April 2.The Broncos competed against athletes from all classes of schools at the meet. Ainsworth and Mullen were the only Class D schools there out of the 11 teams.
