Sara Ewbank of Louisburg, Kansas, competed in the Rock Island Trail Half Marathon at Pleasant Hill, Missouri, on Saturday, July 26. She fin ished in 1:38.15 for 1st in her age group, 2nd of all female participants, and 14th out of 194 total participants.

A youth football and wrestling camp was held in Mullen last Monday and Tuesday, July 7-8, for grades 3-8. The football portion was held in the mornings and the wrestling camp was held in the afternoons.
Grades 3-6 had their camp in the morning and are pictured above, l-r: Abbigail Mundorf, Gina Chambers, Lillian Ericksen (earned the camp Hustle Award), Ella Walz, Avery Vinton, Emri Dent, Sadie Hoyt, Parker Vinton, Ayden Lee, Kendall Phipps, Marki Finney.
