Charles Arthur Humphrey, 82, died at Orego n Health and Science University on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 9:25 a.m. He was bo rn in Arnold, Nebraska, to Carl and Josephine Humphrey on March 6, 1940. He lived in Mullen, Ne braska, until graduating from high school in 1957.

Michael Lee Moody, age 59, from Purdum, Nebraska, passed away Oct. 2, 2022, near Halsey, Nebraska, after succumbing to a medical emergency while in the line of duty fighting fire. Services were held Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, in Dunning at the Sandhills High School.

Alberta Eileen Hester Le-LaCheur Campbell, 95, of Layton, Utah, died Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at Apple Village Memory Care Center. Eileen was born April 5, 1926, in Thedford, Nebraska, to Albert Dee Hester and Eva Crystal Weaver. She lived most of her life in Mullen and Broken Bow Nebraska.

Clarene Simonson

Clarene Alice Simonson was born June 29, 1939, on a farm near Mason City, Nebraska, to Clarence and Sarah Lamb. She attended grade school at Algernon Country School until third grade. She was baptized and became a member of the Mason City First Baptist Church.
