Twila Ann Springer, 73, was born on Sept. 9, 1948, to parents Paul and DeEtta (Pearson) Madron in Broken Bow, Nebraska. She grew up on the Madron Ranch south of Seneca, Nebraska, and attended Thomas County High School and graduated as Valedictorian in 1966.

Richard Donhauser

Richard Donhauser of Thedford, Nebraska, passed away Monday, May 16, 2022, at Meadowlark Pointe Assisted Living in Cozad at the age of 69. Richard’s wishes were to be cremated. There will be no service. Berryman Funeral Home assisted the family.

Joseph Sharp

Joseph Earl Sharp died April 9, 2022, in a motorcycle accident in Cheyenne, Wyo-ming. He was born on May 14, 1965, in Ord, Nebraska, to James and Karen (Scott) Sharp.

Keith Zimmerman

Longtime Harrison rancher and cowboy, Keith Zimmerman, passed away peacefully at his home on April 26, 2022. Keith was born June 18, 1935, at Crawford, Nebraska, to Cleve and Millie (Eberspecher) Zimmerman, the youngest of six children. He lived his entire life at his family home at Bodarc.

Kelle McIntosh, age 71, of Mullen, Nebraska, passed away April 16, 2022, at the Loveland, Colorado, Medical Center of the Rockies. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hooker County Community Center in Mullen.

Elsie M. Carr

Elsie M. Carr, age 87, passed away on Jan. 25, 2022, at Brookestone View Care Home in Broken Bow, Nebraska. A graveside service will be held on April 30, 2022, at 2 p.m. CT at the Purdum Cemetery, Purdum, Nebraska, with Reverend Les Canfield officiating.

Rose Barner

Rose Marie Barner, 86, of Stapleton, Nebraska, passed away April 16, 2022, in Gothenburg, Nebraska. She was born Aug. 26, 1935, to BD and Blanche (Ward) Hunn in Garden City, South Dakota. Rose graduated from Tryon High School in 1952. She married Dennis E. Barner on May 25, 1952.

Lois Mary (Phipps) Hardy was born July 12, 1957, in Alliance, Nebraska, as the youngest of three children to Leonard and Ferrissa (Malcolm) Phipps. She passed away on March 31, 2022, in North Platte, Nebraska, at the age of 64 surrounded by family after a battle with cancer.
